GENERAL SHIPPING AND COURIER CONDITIONS:

If you wish to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential to notify us of this change along with the new address by email as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of address.

Any change of address once the order has been dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address will be subject to a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.

No deliveries can be made to PO Boxes.

We will send you an email with the tracking number of the order once it has been dispatched. You will be able to check the status of the shipment on the corresponding courier's website.

To avoid incidents with the delivery, please make sure that the address indicated when placing the order is correct, complete (street number, floor, local, post code, etc.) and where there will be a person responsible for collecting the order. Do not forget to give us a contact number.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND TAXES

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs charges. In all cases, these costs will be paid by the buyer and will be liquidated at the customs office of the country concerned. The Indomito team undertakes to complete and provide all the necessary documentation and paperwork requested by customs.
