As long as the product is in stock, we try to ship orders the same day or within 24 hours after receipt of the order within working days. This prevision is valid for orders placed before 3:00 p.m.
For different reasons, sometimes we need more preparation time, so we recommend that you to plan ahead, especially on special dates such as Christmas. In case you need more urgency, it is always possible to contact us and we will try to help you.

In the case that you want to change the delivery address after you have already placed your order, you must let us know as soon as possible. Once the order has been sent it will not be possible to change the delivery address.
Once the order has been sent it will not be possible to change the delivery address. Any change of address after the order has been dispatch, or any request to change the delivery address will have an extra charge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.
We do not sent orders to PO boxes.
When your order has been dispatched, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the tracking number so you can follow your order on the appointed courier service, and you can be ready for the arrival of your package.
If the delivery is late, we advise you to get in touch directly with the messenger service, as they could give you the information that we don’t have.
The extra costs that could arise due to an error in the delivery address will be paid by the purchaser.
To avoid any problems with the deliveries, please make sure that you give us the correct and complete address when placing an order (name of the street, flat number, premises, postal code etc.) and inform us if there is going to be someone to received the package during working hours. Don´t forget to send us a contact number.
