VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER

All of our pieces are made with certified vegetable-tanned leather from Tuscany, Italy . The tanning process is longer as it is natural, vegetable tannins are used, soluble in water and alcohol. It is a more environmentally friendly process.

COURT

Once the order is processed, we begin the process of cutting all the pieces in a workshop located in Illueca, Zaragoza, Spain.

PAINTED

Using artisanal techniques, the edges are worked and painted with the function of sealing and protecting the pieces from humidity.

MANUAL POLISHING

After the paint has dried, we polish the edges by hand to eliminate impurities and thus guarantee the desired quality. With the aim of avoiding or causing chafing to our dogs.

BRASS FINDINGS

Brass is a strong and durable metal which guarantees greater safety.

MOUNTING

This process is done manually using 100% brass findings.

PACKAGING · 100% recycled cardboard

We design from the product to the packaging. We design resistant boxes with self-closing without needing glue or chemicals, trying to respect the environment as much as possible. You can use your box to store and protect your piece.

SHIPPING

Delivery time will depend on the destination. Shipping bags are biodegradable, made from corn.
