Returns and Exchanges Policy

In Indómito Studio, you can exchange or return the items purchased through our website. www.indomito.studio. en un within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase of the order, in compliance with European Union regulations. After this period, INDÓMITO reserves the right not to proceed with refunds, exchanges or returns.

If you have purchased our products through another shop, please contact that shop and provide proof of your order.

To make an exchange, a return must be made and a new order placed.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on custom-made products. 

The costs of returns or exchanges of items due to manufacturing defects or error on the part of INDÓMITO, the cost and responsibility for shipping shall be borne entirely by the company. The costs and responsibility for shipping in other cases shall be borne by the customer.

No exchanges or refunds will be made for damaged or used items. A full refund will be given once the returned item has been checked to be in good condition, with no signs of use or defects..

If you receive any item incorrectly or in damaged or defective condition, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at  support@indomito.studio. Where possible, we will offer an exchange if a replacement item is available or repair faulty items. Where items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, shop credit or a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item..

Steps to follow when requesting an exchange or refund

  1. Email us at support@indomito.studio with the following information:
    1. Email subject: Exchange/Return - Order No. - Country
    2. Briefly explain the reason for your request to change the item.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service team..
  3. Securely pack the package: Items must be returned in the same packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Indómito Studio in perfect condition. We will not accept any exchange that is not accompanied by its original packaging.

For countries outside Spain, additional costs derived from customs, duties or taxes on returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
