Each part is manufactured once the order has been placed..
For dates of high demand, such as Christmas, we recommend ordering in advance. We respect the natural manufacturing times with our craftsmen. In case of a special case you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org, we will try to help you as much as possible.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SHIPMENTS AND MESSENGER SERVICE
If you wish to change the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us of this change along with the new address by email as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of address.
Any change of address once the order has been dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address will be subject to a surcharge equivalent to the cost of delivery.
No deliveries to PO Boxes will be possible
We will send you an email with the tracking number of the order once it has been dispatched. You will be able to check the status of your order on the courier's website.
To avoid incidents with the delivery, please make sure that the address indicated when placing the order is correct, complete (street number, floor, local, post code, etc.) and where there will be a person responsible for collecting the order. Do not forget to give us a contact number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to make any changes.
IN WHICH CASES CAN I CHANGE MY ARTICLE?
- If you have received your order in poor condition, we will pay for the collection and delivery costs.
- If you have not found the right size or you want to change it for another colour or another product, you will be able to exchange it at your own expense and you will be responsible for the collection and shipping costs of the new order.
- No refunds are allowed as these pieces are made to order.
In any case, it is essential that the products subject to an exchange are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise no exchange can be made. They must be returned in the same packaging to ensure that the items arrive at Indómito Studio in perfect condition. We will not accept any exchange that is not accompanied by its original packaging.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE

- Email subject: Order No.
- Briefly explain the reason for your request to change the item.
- We will contact you as soon as possible to personally assess your case.
- Once you have accepted the change you must follow the steps below.
STEPS TO COMPLETE A SUCCESSFUL RETURN
- Products must be delivered in their original condition (including labels and packaging), together with any related accessories and in a condition that demonstrates that the product has not been used, washed or damaged. It must be shipped through the shipping office chosen by the customer and the customer will be responsible for the package until it is delivered to the studio.
- Once we have received the product we will contact you to inform you of the next steps to follow.
→ For products with manufacturing defects, we will take care of the collection, shipping costs and follow-up to the studio.
- If you wish to exchange a product for a different product of a different amount, the difference will be paid or charged by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal.
