Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs fees. In all cases, these expenses will be covered by INDÓMITO — the price you see is the final price of your order.

  • PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS: You will receive your order in 25-30 days

Pre-order pieces are made by order once the order is placed. Every step requires time and care to ensure durable, long-lasting, and quality pieces. Handmade by expert artisans in Spain.

For high-demand dates, such as Christmas, we recommend placing orders well in advance. We respect the natural manufacturing times with our artisans. In case of a special request, you can contact us at support@indomito.studio, and we will try to assist you as best as possible.

GENERAL SHIPPING AND MESSENGER CONDITIONS:

If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has been placed, it is essential to notify us of the change along with the new address by email as soon as possible. Once the package is dispatched, no address changes can be made.

Any address change once the order has been dispatched, or any request to deliver to a different address will incur an additional charge equivalent to the shipping cost.

Shipments cannot be made to PO boxes.

We will send you an email with the tracking number of your order once it has been dispatched. You can check the shipping status on the respective courier's website.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that the address provided when placing the order is correct, complete (street number, floor, unit, postal code, etc.), and that someone will be available to receive the package. Don't forget to provide a contact number.
