VEGETABLE TANNED LEATHER

All our pieces are made with certified vegetable tanned leather from Tuscany, Italy. The tanning process is longer because it is natural, using vegetable tannins, soluble in water and alcohol. It is a more environmentally friendly process.

CUTTING

Once the order has been processed, we start the cutting process of all the pieces in a workshop located in Illueca, Zaragoza, Spain. Europe.

PAINTING

Using artisan techniques, the edges are worked and painted to seal and protect the pieces from humidity.

HAND-POLISHING

After the paint has dried, we polish the edges by hand to remove impurities and thus guarantee the desired quality. In order to avoid or cause chafing to our dogs.

BRASS HARDWARE

Brass is a strong and durable metal which guarantees greater safety.

ASSEMBLY

Our craftsmen assemble the pieces by hand one by one.

PACKAGING - 100% recycled cardboard

We design everything from the product to the packaging. We design strong self-closing boxes without the need for glue or chemicals, trying to respect the environment as much as possible. You can use your box to store and protect your piece.

SHIPPING

Delivery time will depend on the destination. Shipping bags are biodegradable, made from corn.
