Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Indómito Studio, you can exchange or return items purchased through our website www.indomito.studio within a 14-calendar-day period from the date of purchase, in compliance with European Union regulations. After this period, INDÓMITO reserves the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or returns.
If you purchased our products from another store, please contact them directly and ensure you have proof of your order.
To make an exchange, you must return the item and place a new order.
Custom-made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For items with factory defects or errors attributable to INDÓMITO, the cost and responsibility of shipping will be fully assumed by the company. In all other cases, the shipping costs and responsibility will be borne by the customer.
We will not process exchanges or refunds for damaged or used items. The full amount will be refunded once the returned item has been verified to be in good condition, free of signs of use or defects.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@indomito.studio. Where possible, we will offer an exchange if a replacement item is available or repair defective items. If defective items cannot be repaired or no replacement is available, store credit or a full refund will be offered, and we will arrange the return of the defective item.
Steps to Request an Exchange or Return
- Email us at support@indomito.studio with the following information:
- Email subject: Exchange/Return - Order No. - Country
- Briefly explain the reason for your request to exchange the item.
- Follow the instructions provided by our Customer Service team.
- Securely package the item: Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they arrive at Indómito Studio in perfect condition. We will not accept exchanges without their original packaging.
For countries outside Spain, any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returns/exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
