You can request exchanges or returns of items within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
To make an exchange, the item must be returned, and a new order must be placed.
No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for damaged or used items.
Indómito will cover return or exchange costs for factory defects or company errors.
The full amount will be refunded once the returned item's condition is verified.
No returns or exchanges are allowed for custom-made products.
