GENERAL SHIPPING AND COURIER CONDITIONS: 

In case you want to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential to notify us of such change along with the new address by email as soon as possible. Once the package has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of address.

Any change of address once the order has been dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address will be subject to a surcharge equivalent to the cost of the shipment.

We will not be able to ship to PO Boxes.

We will send you an email with the tracking number of the order once it has been shipped. You will be able to check the status of the shipment on the corresponding courier's website.

To avoid incidents with the delivery, please make sure that the address indicated when placing the order is correct, complete (street number, floor, local, zip code, etc.) and where there will be a person in charge to pick up the order. Do not forget to provide us with a contact number.

CUSTOMS CHARGES AND TAXES

Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to taxes and customs charges. In all cases, these costs will be paid by the buyer and will be settled at the customs of the country concerned. The Indomitable team is committed to complete and provide all the necessary documentation and processing requested by customs.

• If you have chosen the wrong size or you want to exchange it for another colour or another product, you will be able to exchange it at your own expense and you will be responsible for the collection and shipping costs of the new order.  
• If you have received your order in poor condition, we will pay for the collection and delivery costs.
• NO returns are allowed as these pieces are made to order.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

With use, leather parts may change slightly in colour. Exposure to sunlight will accelerate this process. It is advisable to avoid direct sunlight as much as possible.

Store your piece in a drawer in a cool, dry environment.

Avoid contact with water as far as possible. This piece can withstand rain but is not intended to be submerged in water. Moisture can damage and alter the colour of the hardware and leather of the piece.

Avoid contact with any chemicals, perfumes, oils, leather cleaners or metal cleaners. These can damage the colour of your piece.

CLEANING

1. Remove excess moisture with a dry cloth gently without pressing or rubbing hard.

2. Let the stretched piece dry at room temperature.
